Welcome to A Balanced Life Training!

HI! I’m Heather!

I believe that fitness and healthy living should not add stress onto your everyday life. I believe that all women deserve to have a safe space where they can work through the blocks and beliefs that have held them stuck in unhealthy patterns. I believe fitness and nutrition should be fun and not a chore. I believe in having a community of women who lift each other up by sharing experiences, strength and the hope for a better future for ourselves and our families.

Reduce your stress. Eat for Energy. Exercise to release all those toxic beliefs and emotions. Journal and meditate to get to the root of it all and work through it.

In this community, all this is done through online classes and 12 week programs. Keep reading to see what works best for you!

Our Classes

Classes are LIVE at least once a day Monday-Saturday. There is also an extensive video library of classes that you may choose from. Live classes run 60 minutes. Classes are delivered via Facebook Live and Moxie.xyz

In 90 days I help busy mamas gain confidence, strength and balance and lose up to 25 pounds WITHOUT the guilt of taking time away from loved ones or cutting out your favorite food.

BREATHE is a new program coming in October! Empowering high achieving mamas to release the burnout and step into a fully energized, centered and confident state of being! (Losing weight and toning muscle may be a byproduct of this program)

Why A Balanced Life Training?

I have learned over the past few years that the balance of all training is very important which is why I love to teach so many different styles of classes, as well as train people one-on-one!

There is a balance in life that is similar. Anytime I find myself binging on one thing, I know it’s not healthy.

I strive for a combination of length, strength, cardio, mindfulness, spirituality, muscle training and total body awareness. I believe whole heartedly in the importance and power of breath.

I believe that all women, whether pre or post (doesn’t matter how long ago) partum have intricate bodies that require special attention to those details.

I believe that exercise, in a balanced way, allows for busy woman to feel better and connect with themselves in a more positive way. I would love for you to join the community!
